Animating anime typically requires one to exclusively draw a succession of frames, each slightly different from its preceding one, and have them sequenced and running quickly. So many factors can affect the animation of a scene like the number of frames used to bring about a particular motion, the speed in which the frames are replaced, the image diffrences beteen successive frames etc.
